What is your return policy?

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in original condition, with all tags attached, unwashed and unworn.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

If returning by mail, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Can I return items in store?

Yes! In-store returns are available within 7 days of purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

At this time, we do not offer refunds. All approved returns will receive store credit or an exchange only.

Are sale items eligible for return?

No. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
